i was disappointed the staff seemed inexperienced with baggage handling i had to direct them on how to fit luggage into the taxi the safe in my room was not bolted down i did not feel secure storing valuables there

i found the housekeeping team very helpful particularly utkarsh demonstrated cooperation the housekeeping team's help will always be in our memories i consistently found the room immaculate and well-organized utkarsh's thoughtful gestures really enhanced my stay.
i was given room 323 i could hear the staff arguing with each other every day this wasn't pleasant all the water pipes ran through my room every morning at 6 30am i was woken up i couldn't sleep peacefully.

Shivam and Kyle provided excellent service. They were very attentive. Any requests were handled promptly with a smile (i love this kind of service). The hotel offers well-coordinated and thoughtful service, so you can relax and enjoy your time.
I would say that sometimes the waiting times were a little bit high.

O22 offers a multi-cuisine buffet with tasty spreads for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They serve veg preparations from the buffet spread. Indian breads are available upon request (they are so delicious!). The restaurant has a great ambience.

The swimming pool had just the right water temperature, very relaxing. The gym is well-equipped with every machine you could need for a proper training session. The hotel is luxurious with elegant décor.

The staff is polite and well-trained. The staff provides personalized service. Pankaj Yadav at the security desk is charming, supportive, and cute. The in-room dining crew, including Rahul, was amazing.

the room was spacious with plenty of snacks provided and also ample drinking water it had no plastic bottles i liked that the staff were willing to help with anything at any moment whether it was the doorman or the housekeeping staff. the breakfast was really good and the staff was helpful.

the hotel is near the us consulate and jio world plaza i found this location convenient. my room was spacious and clean the linens were also clean. the hotel facilities were amazing and the breakfast offered a good spread.
my room was close to therapy rooms i heard the staff arguing sometimes. the water pipes ran through my room the noise woke me up early. it took a long time to learn they did not have the beer i ordered at the bar
